Returns
Please contact us for support first. Please keep in mind that emulation is generally great, however not every game is perfect and compatibility will vary!
Returns are accepted 30 days from delivery for defective hardware only.
Returns must be received in original un-used condition complete with original packaging.
Place a note inside the return package with your order ID, your name and the reason for the return. Then let us know the tracking number.
