All items are shipped from the USA via USPS with tracking.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Returns
Please contact us for support before returning any items. Keep in mind that while emulation is generally great, not every game is perfect and compatibility may vary.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
Please include a note inside the return package with your order ID, your name, and the reason for the return. Also, provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within three days of receiving the returned item.
